Pros

Very intelligent, hard-working staff, good health benefits, office happy hours, lots of opportunity to learn

Cons

Extremely long hours, not family oriented, clients are never told "no" and are never given bad news

Advice to Management

People have lives outside of work and work is not life. Management should be aware of work-life balance and understand that quality of life is just as important as any other benefit. Also, they should be honest in all client interactions and not afraid to deliver "bad" news.

    Pros

Work/Life balance good for pay. 1st year already travel

    Cons

A growing public company with high performance goals allows for growth potential but quite a bit of stress.

    Advice to Management

A strong network of mentors for career development is a must have for the near future of comScore. Other firms in the industry propel the direction of their employees with a strong set of resources.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    -Ability to work from home
    -"Casual" work attire every day
    -Young office
    -Cool work (digital market place)
-Coworkers were fun and we often hung-out outside of work

    Cons

-Terrible commute to Reston from the metro-DC area
-Hours can be very long sometimes (12+ hour days)
    -No overtime
-Very little acknowledgement of a job well done (upper management takes ALL THE CREDIT)
-Sometimes we felt that management was being "shady" with information
-Favoritism plays a role in promotions & raises the higher up you go
-The work can be very mundane
-VERY little variety in work (once you are placed in your "vertical" you're pretty much stuck working on the same clients over and over and over.....)

    Advice to Management

Value your employees or they will all start leaving and heading to other companies (and not just with happy hours...how about some real recognition?)
