    I worked at comScore full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice colleagues. Social events are constant.

    Cons

    No management at all. No innovation in projects. No investment in people. Too many "managers" for a few runners. Sales strategy is a joke.

    Advice to Management

    Get interest in your resources. Value those one who think outside the box. Stop trying to be innovative and be accountable for your decisions.
