Pros

Pays well for an AdTech company Some interesting CTV/PTV plays in the works Great benefits; Health, dental, vision etc. Solid 401(k) plan

Cons

Weak & disorganized upper management team A lot of playing favorites across US Cheap on many fronts: Flights, Hotel, Cell phone, commissions, parking, meals, ETC! Product not as solid as the sign on the Kool-aid bowl in Boston

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad you held our new initiatives and benefits here in such high regard and found the pay competitive. Your comments about our management, expense policy and products are disheartening to hear, and I’m sorry you had a negative experience in a regional office. It can be difficult to maintain the culture of any organization that is global, and with 15 offices outside the Boston headquarters, we know we can do better. As for management: we offer every manager at DataXu the opportunity to participate in our manager training series where we provide them with tools they can use to help them empower and engage their employees. We’ve also recently implemented a new system that promotes a culture of more regular feedback, with the goal of making the relationship between the manager and their employees more transparent and valuable. I’d love to hear any ideas from you on how to improve the experience in remote offices if you’d be willing to share; please send me a note at lmcauliffe@dataxu.com.
