Pros

I love the team members, the best part of the company is the people. They make the company run and why so many people stay. It's been a rough year and I know they are trying to improve and grow. They do invest in certifications and want people to grow in their careers. Benefits are fine but could be better.

Cons

Implementing too many processes and org changes at one time creating confusion and uncertainty. Creating processes that create a lot more overhead and red tape. Not listening to employees and only listening to specific leadership individuals. Not leveraging team members for feedback and improvement opportunities. Lack of transparency from leadership.

Pros

Remote environment. Average benefits package but nothing stellar. Your mileage will vary as far as the day-to-day goes as some teams are incredible and some have been the worst teams I have ever been apart of in any company

Cons

Mishiring of resources (people who are not qualified for the roles they have). Layoffs done in secret and frequently cult-like leadership team Loss of contracts and running out of work. They made their bed with the state government contracts and have failed to successfully secure and maintain any outside of the state of Indiana. There is almost no commercial work and since I started they have lost several contracts for various reason. Leadership made their bed with Mike Braun and they struggle to pivot from State Government work which really makes you worry when the state is slashing funds and they keep losing work. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere unless you are desperate as the company is shrinking and letting people go as they continue to lose contracts.
