        Pros

The best brokerage for agents- whether brand new or seasoned pro! There is a reason eXp is the fastest growing brokerage. The company takes culture, learning and success very seriously. The transparency in the company is outstanding and the support is unmatched.

        Cons

You must be self motivated to succeed! eXp will provide everything you need to gain the skills necessary, but you must be willing to put in the work- as with any real estate position.

          Pros

The company offers amazing and extremely competitive benefits! Tons of support for employees and agents! The company genuinely cares (...and it shows!). They make it a point to encourage employees and agents alike to participate in NPS surveys to drive success and identify areas of opportunity for improvement. I personally feel super supported in my career and see it as "the sky's the limit" to where I could go within the company. There is truly something for everyone here! If you are passionate about your work, love what you do, and love helping people, eXp is a perfect place for you! I cannot say enough good things about this company. To have seen it evolve over the years and just get better and stronger has been amazing! I'm grateful for the opportunity to call my eXp family home!

          Cons

The organizational structure/makeup of all of the departments & teams will take a little time to get familiar with. We use a lot of terms/lingo internally that could have you feeling a little lost at first but once you have a grasp on it, you'll be all set!

Thank you so much for the 5 stars! Your review is a great way to let us know we’re on track in providing our team members with a great working environment, top notch benefits and true work/life balance. Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

        1. What to do if you cannot provide your manager or other leaders as references from your previous workplace? 2. How to answer interview Qs about my previous workplace or manager? For the context! I worked for a workplace for 8-9 months. But, there were ethical issues from the side of leaders including my manager, and senior employees that made me quit my job. Also, many leaders & senior coworkers were either fired or quit their jobs a few months after I did. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone ever been called back for a job they were first rejected from only to be rejected again? Does this happen often?

During the first screening interview I have been asked at times about my job search status and if I am talking to others. While this is probably a question they have no right to ask, I wonder if there is a right or wrong answer. If I say I am interviewing with 2-3 companies, they may feel it is not worth the extra effort to continue the discussion. If I say I am not actively interviewing, it may be a negative sign. Any idea about where they are coming from? (WFH & free agent for a while)
