    Very friendly environment Great colleagues and generally helpful managers

    Cons

    ACW target was unfair as other places are usually around 2 minutes.

    Pros

    The people are amazing, very friendly environment

    Cons

    Management and exec have been extremely poor communicating to staff through a critical time e.g. Bain. No fridge or microwave available unless you are a PA or exec or sit on a particular floor Technology is a disaster, computers always have problems Flexible working has a long way to go No social events arranged by exec/snr management e.g. no xmas or summer party. Each site does not communicate to each other

    Advice to Management

    Communicate to staff!!! especially when so much change is happening
