    Pros

    Nice people to work with.

    Cons

    High employee turnover. Sees employee as cheap and replaceable labor. Poor pay. Pay raise is embarrassing and degrading. Lack of opportunity and advancement. Bonus is miserable. Poor culture and low employee satisfaction. Quality staff leaves after a year. Incompetent and inexperienced management which is very hard to work with. They are constantly moving things arround to cover up for their own incompetence....

    Learn how to keep high performers. Improve employee morale and satisfaction. Replace old management. Position employees to succeed within the company.

    Healthcare Holiday party Peers Convenient to downtown

    Cons

    No holiday time off except 1 day at Christmas, management gets into the weeds and micromanaged a LOT. Not very exciting clients unless you’re in digital or experiential.

    Advice to Management

    Give employs the week between Christmas and NY like all the other agencies. Respect people’s family time. Don’t expect employees to work on vacation and stay connected constantly.
