    Pros

The people that work there make this place

    Cons

Continual implementation of failing product launches to try to save a dying print product

I worked at hibu full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I am a really positive person but there is not one good thing I can say about the company.

    Cons

The supervisors expects for you to work 24/7. On top of that the company has a huge problem with any minorities. There is no diversity and that would explain why the company is going down hill. They have such an antiquated way of doing business.

    Advice to Management

This company has been ran in the ground with people who still believe we are living in the 1619-1775. This 2013!
