There are so many Cons: 1. They did not give proper value to employees. They treat employees like "KAMLA". 2. Almost 20 + permanent employees resigned in this current year. 3. Very poor salary Structure and very low increment 4. Now They are giving paid GlassDoor Review. Thats review is totally false. 5. If you can provide oil, you'll get little relief. Also, some team has very bad politics 6. Very poor non-technical management 7. Given work to be done at home, employees are constantly under mental pressure. 8.
