Pros
Everyone gets a long, almost like a family. You aren't just a number and they take your concerns into consideration. Really great at making sure you are comfortable and your needs are met.
Cons
They are a growing company and tend to have more work than people. They are trying to expend, but it takes a bit. Because a lot is going on, sometimes communication isn't as good as it could be.
