Pros
If you expect a corporate culture, you will be disappointed. It is okay if you want a mid sized company
Cons
It is a business. Only the top resources in each team make good money. The rest do not. The TLs are extremely toxic. It requires you to complete 8.5 hours and even the washroom breaks are considered unpaid. Worst part is that all the reviews you see here are flawed. They MAKE you write a review on the first or second day of joining and in that time everything feels right. As a result, if you see, mostly people have mentioned "No cons as of now". I am bringing this up because I don't want anyone to be misled
