I have been working at iCrossing full-time (More than a year)

Pros

- Good learning experience when starting out (or when fresh from college)
- There are some genuine people in the SF office, although the office leadership is a disappointment

Cons

- Extremely depressing, non-invigorating, non-motivating and non-creative office environment
- Office leadership does not care about those doing the work
- Little sense of "belonging", little sense of pride in the company

Advice to Management

Care for your employees. You have to bring an atmosphere to the office which inspires creativity, motivation and success.

    Pros

Great people. Most of which know what they're doing and work towards bettering themselves.
Great work/life balance. I never felt overworked.
    Good benefits.

    Cons

A little too much "fat" towards the top of the chain, which can be typical for large organizations, but the new president is working on trimming it.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the good talent and keeping them.

I worked at iCrossing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great projects and one is able to touch on SEM, SEO, Social, Web dev and more!

    Cons

Poor estimation process and top heavy VP layer. Recent loss of great talent. Moving back to being more of a search company
