I have been working at iHeartMedia as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Was able to assist with music lounge performances, getting access with artists in an intimate setting.

Cons

Sometimes felt as though they didn't know what to do with the interns within the office setting, so many times you sat at the front desk waiting for a task

    The fun, vibrant culture that is based upon the culture of others. Really supportive work environment, and creative peoples

    Cons

    Navigating the corporate culture can be tricky at points, due to org's size

    Advice to Management

    Offering professional development opportunities more frequently would be a smart investment~
