    "Flexibility"

Current Employee - Senior Software Engineer

I have been working at iQuest Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Flexible hours - Quality > Quantity - People are valued and evaluated fairly, not using a list of checkboxes and see how they tick it.

    Cons

    - Nothing that I should fill here

    Recommends

I have been working at iQuest Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Culture and colleagues 2. You can find some interesting projects. Fortune 500 clients. Lots to learn. 3. Extra hours are paid or give free time. 4. Depending on you, there is support to implement your ideas and innovate

    Cons

    - Since projects are diverse, you can find yourself in a less-ideal project as well. - There is a lack of clear vision or strategy for mid term (or poorly communicated). It feel like "winging" it sometimes. - Collaboration between departments is very little.

    Advice to Management

    - Put more energy in defining a mid term strategy and properly communicate it. - Increase collaboration between departments (units).

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at iQuest Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    - stable workplace - various projects - flexible working schedule - nice office - no overtime

    Cons

    - financial struggles a few years ago, that were not completely overcome - salaries below average - more and more processes each year - few new and interesting projects - complicated evaluation process - minimal investment in trainings and personal development - initial company founders have left the company, which was recently sold to Allgeier - former CEO was fired, now the company is run by a group of... managers

    Advice to Management

Listen to what the employees are saying, try to be more close to them. Align the salaries to the rest of the local industry.
