Pros
Very friendly and professional environment. Coworkers are immensely helpful and smart, and the projects are very challenging, making it a great place to learn as an entry-level engineer. Great benefits and work/life balance. Transparent managers and senior direction.
Cons
Intimidating for younger professionals to get to know older/more experienced co workers. Some teams are small, and inter-team social interaction is very limited. HQ is in a remote town, decent commute from Boston if you have a car, can be painstaking otherwise.
