Pros

Company is lowest cost provider of service, so customer base is expected to grow dramatically. Small staff puts out a lot of high quality code. It's a good place to learn all the latest technologies as weill as AGILE. Roper, the parent company has high expectations for the company.

Cons

Itradenetwork pays below average salaries. It is hard to keep talented engineers.

Advice to Management

Listen to employees who have left regarding changes to management and compensation restructuring.

    Pros

    Good team, solid product, interesting work

    Cons

    Silos by product, chaotic management changes, tribalism by office.

    Advice to Management

    Pick a strategy and stay with it for more than six months; try to keep a president for longer than a year (Bonavito has been gone since 2014). Figure out how to market and stop allowing your sales team to give away the product.

    Pros

    Great customers, and a nice office.

    Cons

    Huge number of talented people let go, significant impact as new people have no domain knowledge and no customer relationships. Might eventually be OK if the customers don't go somewhere else, but not a good environment today. No effort to develop manager - staff relationships. Non-existent HR. Issues start at the top.

    Advice to Management

    There are many examples of turning a business around without throwing out three quarters of the staff. Customer connections have been decimated and they don't trust the new management team. It didn't have to be this way.
