I worked at iTutorGroup part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The system they use for scheduling is modern.

    Cons

They will promise $20 an hour, but it is really $2.00 per hour. The first day I was given all half hour classes (the "bait") and I made $20. Every day after that, however, I was given the 40 minute classes (the "switch") and made $2.00 per hour. They got me for 1 class only because I began cancelling all the 40 minute classes. To summarize... the company pays $2.00 per hour. No matter what they promise, these...

    I worked at iTutorGroup

    Pros

Some funny rules about wearing a red shirt and promoting a greedy company.

    Cons

Lessons are written very poorly with wrong information and lots of grammar errors and way too advanced for students. Students always give unfair ratings/complaints because they don't understand the lessons and want to punish the teachers for their lack of understanding and poor learning and bad connections. No respect.

    Advice to Management

Goodbye. No more hard work reviewing bad lessons and yrs of dedication teaching difficult lessons just to make you super rich while you treat me shabbily and pay $9/hr.
