Pros
Spirit Very familiar, open, warm and friendly team, balanced gender ratio Great flexibility and understanding of the management in personally challenging situations in life Very creative, fun team events, very unique elements, e.g. choir rehearsals before singing together at the Christmas party Tasks and development opportunities Very steep learning curve through tasks with great creative leeway that require taking of responsibility, while at the same time being trusted completely and supported as much as possible Wherever possible: Consideration of personal learning goals and preferences when distributing tasks within the team Comprehensive and sound education through numerous training sessions, close mentoring based on clear, meaningful concepts - all year round and especially on two three-day retreats per year Tools and equipment Excellent equipment with modern technology (MacBooks, etc.) Very good selection of supporting, user-friendly tools (communication, collaborative work, project management), which are also constantly reviewed, improved and supplemented
Cons
Complaining on a high level, but if I had to name something: Working hours: Depending on project phase increased workload (well: that’s just how consulting is) - can be exhausting, but is not impossible to manage Tasks Due to the small team, it is sometimes necessary to work on tasks that do not correspond to one’s personal preferences - on the one hand enriching, because there is always a learning effect, on the other hand annoying, if you would rather work on something that corresponds more to your own goals
