Pros

A fantastic team. Great products.

Cons

Organizational structure is a complete mess. Directives are given at the whim of senior management with no market research or data to back them. Chances for promotion/raise are rare at best, even for some of the hardest working people I've known. For a small company, there is a great deal of political drama. Pay for most positions is below average. Benefits package is mediocre. The organization offers little in the way of job security and you often feel very replaceable, regardless of your position and level of expertise.

Advice to Management

Cease undervaluing your employees. You have some incredibly talented people working for you who love what they do. Don't sully that experience with political turmoil and poor wages.

I have been working at inMusic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome products, many very talented co-workers.

    Cons

Politics everywhere. Can't trust anyone. Pay is weak, raises are non-existent. There is no room to grow unless you want to screw over your friends to race to the top. Organization is terrible, there are no processes, no systems, so working cross-departmentally is a nightmare.

    Advice to Management

Focus on building an atmosphere of trust, and organization.

    Pros

Great people to work with, awesome gear and freedom to be creative is definitely a plus. Lots of company perks and a relaxed atmosphere make it an amazing place where creativity can flow.

    Cons

None that I can come up with at this moment. Very satisfied with the work environment.
