    Pros

    - A great place to grow professional skills in nearly all departments for junior staff. - Good internal promotion opportunities - Fun product lines if you enjoy music

    Cons

    - Uncompetitive salaries - Toxic culture from the very top - Salaried staff are expected to have 24/7 accessibility - Fast turnover of externally hired experienced staff (1yr or less in most cases). Retention beyond 3 years is mainly with internally promoted employees. - Very little diversity in Product Development - Mainly 35+ White Males. - Poor training for internally promoted employees - ability to self educate is a must - Poor internal communication and processes - Poor executive management. - Staff is mainly of junior level including some executive global management, limiting potential. - Staff is asked to wear “many hats” but really means 4-5x the work.
