    Pros

    Never a dull moment, always busy, but that's usually due to a fire that wasn't put out properly before , or a client being promised something by someone who doesn't actually do the work, wondering why they didn't get it. It's sort of a pro if you wanna look at it that way.

    Cons

    This company demands total and complete allegiance, and some are expected to offer such allegiance 24/7. This is not uncommon in the IT game, but often such personnel are left as sole guardians and often cannot count on help from management to get in the game until 6am or later. I've read more than one email thread where someone was reported to be 'off the grid', which isn't the wisest thing to tell a client. If...

    Few good people, not much else.

    Well I wanted to believe the hype that all of the reviews are from a bad employee. Yes some are from this previous employee but not all of them are. When 50 people have an issue with 1 person its uusally the person, but here we have the reverse of that.
