I worked at lululemon part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is amazing for a part time job.
Actually realizing your goals and putting them down on paper
Being able to workout with amazing people in your community

    Cons

If you don't want to be a store manager as a life goal you can forget about even getting a pay raise as a key leader. If you don't fit their sorority girl mentality then forget about getting along with higher management. And Lululemon has cut out a massive market in plus size workout clothes.

    Advice to Management

Actually take a look at your best employees, not the ones that suck up to you. Hire some full timers that don't want to be store managers as their life goal but just are good employees. Don't fire good employees all willy nilly
