    Pros

There’s a lot of room for upward mobility within this company. There’s a lot of different ways to get involved with the community and to develop your personal career path depending on your interests. Lululemon is exceptional at communicating to its employees and listening to feedback. They love new ideas and do all they can to encourage people to constantly give feedback about new procedures.

    Cons

The only way you can move forward in the company is if a key lead or assistant manager like you as a person and not just how you do your job. This can result in cattiness between educators and frustration that certain educators receive all the attention and opportunities. If you want to move forward in the company, you have to take the initiative and constantly put yourself in a spot for recognition, which doesn’t help interpersonal relationships between the educators. They also tend to give the attention to the louder more inefficient educators, while the educators with the most potential and who know what they are doing are very much overlooked and under utilized because they don’t need constant validation from their managers.

    Pros

Five stars because it’s great for retail. Health insurance, vision and dental included, employee share plan, retirement/401k with match, mental health/EAP options, fun, authentic, great feedback culture built into all levels of management that can help keep power-hungry middle management at bay, great discount, great strides made in the last year to focus on diversity, inclusion, equity and action,

    Cons

Hours are far from a regular 9-5, occasional odd hours, weekend day required, customer service dealing with the boujie side of the general public, possibly working with inexperienced/first job type folks that are fresh but occasionally naive (but to be expected in a retail environment!)
