Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience while working at Noticed.
As a growing company, we strive to attract the best talent in the market that aligns with our company culture and values. Building a team is equivalent to creating a football team; it's a science that is difficult to master. The team you create can significantly reshape the company culture positively and negatively. Unfortunately, we have made mistakes along the way that have affected the culture, but we're better for it today and have learned from those decisions.
As the business founder, I deeply care about my team and clients' success; it's a crucial part of who we are and the type of culture we strive to create. I'm growing as a CEO with the company as it's growing, it's a part of the process that we need to go through to learn.
We recently hired a VP of Operations that has transformed the business's day-to-day operations and the departmental reporting structure, which has allowed the CEO to focus ''on'' versus ''in'' the business. Furthermore, this has improved the communication flow between management and leadership, which has led to the business flowing more fluidly across the board.
Today, we have assembled a phenomenal leadership team that has dramatically improved the company culture and business operations that have positioned us to execute our business vision.
We're continuing to learn and grow from our experiences as an organization, and we value all feedback from current or former employees. The Covid Pandemic affected many businesses, with many adapting to a new way of working. We experienced the challenges of managing a remote company for the first time and the cultural changes that come with it.
All the learnings and feedback we've experienced in the last two years have allowed us to hire a seasoned leadership to support our team members' growth and development. This year, we have seen a significant improvement in the culture, employee retention, and overall happiness while operating as a remote business. We're now focusing on rolling out a management training program to help our managers grow to be the best leaders possible.
We're always open to feedback; it allows us to evolve and improve when we may not realize we're failing. Thank you again for the transparency; it's always welcome!
We wish you all the best for the future.
