Company has truly lost sight of the culture they used to pride themselves on. Leadership is and has been disconnected from the day-to-day workings and what people are really doing, letting go of good people in favor of new flashy hires. The product is great and solves a true problem, but often the deals are overcomplicated/overpromised to maximize the sale which then leads to the customer being unhappy and more work on CS team members.
