    1. Nice salary
    2. Twice increment in a year
    3. Good for learning and chance to highlight technology to Senior Managment and Sales team
    4. Freedom for thoughts
    5. Freedom for work
    6. Freedom to share technology ideas to Senior Management
    7. Work from home if really required
    8. Flexible office timings

    1. Appraisal rating system needs to be more transparent
    2. Very rare chances for onsite
    3. Short period projects

    Advice to Management

    1. HR should run "Shinning Star" awards program, where start performer of the month or year can be highlighted. Money is not only thing. Getting and developing good faith and trust through small appraisal program boosts employees overall confidence and make him more happy.
    2. BU heads needs to be more flexible in terms of technology stacks
