Pros
- Flexible with University schedule.
- Close to central station, so a short walk or bus ride.
- Generally a good work environment, colleagues got along well. No office politices in my role. Able to complete work and go home after 8 hour shift.
Cons
- Alot of micromanagement. Company would take on new contracts with clients, but not account for substantial volume of requests.
- Career growth lacking, bit of nepotism on senior management roles.
- Seems to be alot of fumbling and winging on projects.
- Management staff seem to be closeted with large scale project experience.
