Pros

Good Training and place to start. Had a great team leader. Can pick and choose your own hours each week. Incentives for consistently getting to work on time.

Cons

Co-workers don't hold enthusiasm or work ethic after a few weeks. Point system for being late and earning raises needs much work.

    Spend more time training and help members get more familiarize with the the tools hands on before actually dispatching. Thought it was fast paced. Management needs more work.

    Work at home, works most of the time.

    Poor management structure, lack of employee support and poor benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Ditch the high turnover rates by investing more into your employees for a higher level or morale and expand your capabilities to correctly support work at home agents.
