major company in Germany with good benefits and acceptable working time. Holidays and extra benefits are above average.

Cons

no career advancement due to big number of senior managers that wont retire in the near future. no career strategy for young professionals and professionals

enahce clarity of promotion desicions, provide clear future groth paths espc. for young employees.

    Job Security is probably good
    Typical manufacturing work culture, not very stressful
    Company has good facilities
    Five day work week

    Not many chances for advancement
    Not very supportive management
    Overall growth is very slow and limited
    Even after 5 day week you will end up working 6 many times

    Need to have some good and skilled managers who will treat employees well
    The canteen facility really sucks

    salaries are not at par.
    Less scope to enhance your skills once you are an employee.

    The management should really look into the way projects are handled(unrealistic deadlines).
    Also they should look into it while achieving them, the employees are compensated.
    Should have an unbaised way of distributing the responsibilties.
    The recognitions and promotions should be on performance based and not on the no of years.
    the management people should have time to listen to their employees.
