    Negative Outlook

I worked at Employers Overload as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Paid weekly, offers health insurance

    Cons

At work 8.5hrs everyday but only get paid 7.5hrs. No breaks even though 2 promised. Very poor wages for work done. Poor scheduling and management

    Advice to Management

Pay people for the hard work they perform. If you require people to clock in at a certain time then you need to pay them. Stop cheating employees out of 30min everyday. Hire people who know how to schedule correctly

I worked at Employers Overload full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Some of the people in the office were really nice to work with.

    Cons

They allow people to be bullied by someone who has worked there for several years. I witnessed severe harassment by this person towards the people she did not like which is just about everyone in the office. It was reported to the President of the company and his response was "What do you want me to do about it". Several people have left the company, including me due to this harassment.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who know how to work in a Professional enviroment. Hire leaders who care about the people who work hard both in the office and the field. Do not allow bullying. Pay is okay but could be alittle more competitive to keep good people. Do not put family members in jobs that they are not qualified for, they are not productive and waste the companies money.
