I worked at Employment Enterprises full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was a contract worker at Freddie Mac. Employment Enterprises did a great job selling me as a candidate and negotiating the pay i was hoping to receive. The recruiters are great to work with and are very friendly. I was also surpassed by their good health care benefits.

    Cons

Once my contract ended they did a good job keeping me in mind for other openings, but after a month or so they no longer seemed to have me in mind.

    Advice to Management

Continue to have relationships with your employees between contracts.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

The permanent staff at Emploment Enterprises was friendly and outgoing and there was a low turnover there, so I didn't have to continuously reacquaint myself with my contacts there, unlike some agencies.

    Cons

Employment Enterprises shifted their marketing strategy and stopped pursuing positions for people with my specialties and similar talents, and focused on other areas.

    Advice to Management

Employment Enterprises should broaden the range of skills and services offered to fulfill the needs of government and military contractors, which will always have need for skilled employees for multi-year contracts.
