    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

The permanent staff at Emploment Enterprises was friendly and outgoing and there was a low turnover there, so I didn't have to continuously reacquaint myself with my contacts there, unlike some agencies.

    Cons

Employment Enterprises shifted their marketing strategy and stopped pursuing positions for people with my specialties and similar talents, and focused on other areas.

    Advice to Management

Employment Enterprises should broaden the range of skills and services offered to fulfill the needs of government and military contractors, which will always have need for skilled employees for multi-year contracts.
