    Pros

    Outstanding owner who's committed to his word. Extremely professional environment with eager employees intent on learning. They truly respect our industry. Employers are amongst the best!

    Cons

    Sometimes are in rapid hurry for quick results and a. It impatient. But once explained, they respect my knowledge.

    Advice to Management

    Seek more input and expertise from his own staff. They are very sharp and knowledgeable already. Trust their learnings.

    Always under pressure and micro managing by top manager. Numbers numbers is all that is counted

    Very few, I would still be working there if it wasn't for an injury that made commuting difficult.

    Professional environment, helpful team members. Company has some impressive customers and seems to be growing fast. Had to move out due to personal reasons.

    Cons

    You need to be on your toes at times due to changing priorities. Not unusual for growing company though.

    Pros

    1.Awesome place to work. I can recommend anyone can wait to get a chance to be part of EmployVision. I worked for 4 companies in my 12 years career and if anyone ask, I could say employvision is the best place to work.

    2. You will be rewarded for your hard work everytime.

    I missed a chance to be part of this company for a long time, due to my personal issues

    3. If they offer me I will join them wouthout any thought again

    Pros

    The head of the company (Ash) is a good person. He respects his employees & was a very nice person to do business with. Incentives was good & on time. Salary was on time.Pretty good food at work .Offered various things to make a recruiters work easier. EG: Paid linkedin account. Certification in recruitment for some old employees. Dinner with team. Christmas bonus etc...

    Nothing much . Tell me some place which is perfect?

    Get more Clients. You guys can be awesome.
