    Pros

good coworkers, good food, good public transportation. i think other than those...there's is nothing good to say about this place.

    Cons

the hours a not flexible, you don't get pay for working over time and the pay is worse than most other places.

    Advice to Management

i think it's better to clean the place before opening and treat the workers better because we're all very hard working.

    Pros

The people, they have the essential sense of humour that is required when faced with some sometimes surreal suggestions from management.

    Cons

Management who aren't able of making a decision. Projects seem to start with no clear direction, amble along until someone notices that they are very late and don't have any of the required functionality. When they are making decisions it is to micro-manage any good-will out of the their work force.

    Advice to Management

Ask a recruitment consultant to find out why are there so many CVs of software staff in the job market.
