    Pros

    Mission driven organization that truly cares about its clients and employees. All employees concerns and issues are handled timely with what appears to be balanced and fair outcomes. Processes and reviews have been developed and checked to ensure that clients are given the very best care.

    Cons

    The compensation is relatively low. Raises are infrequent and do not seem to be structured based on position or promotion.

    Advice to Management

    Continue with outstanding care for clients. Raise compensation and develop avenues for advancement for employees.

    I worked at Enable for more than 10 years

    Pros

    THey help People with disabilities. Placing a growing company. Most of the people care about the indiviidyals

    Cons

    No pay raise in years. Upper management is unorganized. They do not hire and are always short staffed. They have not clue how to get applicants in the door. Staff that they have they do not treat well and the benefits packages is horrible! There is not work balance and they expect you to work all the time.

    Advice to Management

    find better health care. treat employees betther, pay them more and get organized

      The hours were pretty decent when I finally got full-time.

      When I lost my vehicle, I never got full-time again.
