Company is more focused on cost containment than employee development. You have to spend money (on something other than marketers!) to make money!

    Pros

The pay is good if you're a hard worker and bring repeat business. Management does not micromanage.

    Cons

Little to no feedback between yearly reviews on performance. Few educational opportunities. Little opportunity for advancement in the company, they often hire from outside instead of promoting from within.

    Advice to Management

Work on developing your employees. Offer tuition reimbursement and provide educational opportunities for growth and development.
