I worked at Endeavor Air full-time

    Pros

I worked with a great group of people

    Cons

Training in my dept was not the best, but that is not typical throughout the company

    Advice to Management

Ryan Gumm is an amazing and down to earth guy! Keep up that attitude with us "little people" in the company.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time

    Pros

Stipend while in training, recently added- ability to add companion, good start off pay, easy interview process.

    Cons

Unorganized management/Admin, base assignments, Delta does not want to hire Endeavor employees to work mainline, no buddy passes.

I worked at Endeavor Air (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits if you have the money

    Cons

Pay, overworked & underpaid, long days (working 12 hours & getting paid for 5-6 hours)

    Advice to Management

Quit wasting your money sending us ornaments & coffee mugs, money would be better. Crew Scheduling is a joke, they try to take advantage of FAs all the time.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Travel Benefits
    Flexibility with seniority
    Meeting new people

    Cons

Pay is ridiculously too low for those living in New York. Best option is to get experience and move on to something with higher wages. We work really hard to make customers happy and deal with high-pressure situations every day but the paycheck never reflects that and it's depressing. No profit sharing, no bonuses, no incentives to work harder. Management doesn't understand and keeps making empty promises.

    Advice to Management

We need raises because we cannot support ourselves.

    Pros

The flight crew staff is amazing.
We have high perform and good customer service
If you are a pilot you will be able to afford to live in any base endeavor has.

    Cons

You don’t get breaks in between flights ( due to the way they are scheduled) or if you are on a trip, sometimes you don’t get break and can’t even take care of yourself because other people come before you.

    Advice to Management

I wish we were appreciated by endeavor/delta like the pilots are. They get raises that are insanely immense as if they weren’t already making 3 time more than us already.

Let’s be honest pilots can’t do their job without us, so please pay us! We are the reason doors close on time and the reason customers come back. But the pay doesn’t reflect your gratitude, money in my account means more than a thank you from endeavor. There is no reason the FAs should go hungry because they don’t get payed enough to live.

On top of that, if you are on a trip and the hotel doesn’t even have a fridge to keep your food cool, you are SOL. It’s not like we can afford the luxuries that the pilots can and buy food Whenever we feel like it.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people and culture are fantastic. Everyone is passionate and love their jobs. AMAZING perks being a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines like flying for free. The work is challenging and rewarding. The company is growing and their are plenty of opportunities for internal growth. The leadership team is engaged and understand the operation at it’s core.

    Cons

The hours can be long at times of peak activity. The pay scales are aligned with regional airlines and not the majors. The benefits are not as robust as our parent company Delta.

    Advice to Management

Keep on growing our organization. Continue to listen to the employees. Provide opportunities for your staff to grow. Look at ways to escalate our already awesome company.
