    Disconnected

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Flight perks (which are rarely used due to lack of work life balance) Great for networking Meet lots of great people Gain experience in corporate aviation world Co-workers are generally always willing to help considering the lack of training.

    Cons

Lack of transparency Lack of proper training for many departments across the board- including flight attendants Upper management is disconnected to those with boots on the ground unless they are pushing their own agenda then they “care” Senior management is not willing to evolve with the times Middle management is taken advantage of and asked to do multiple jobs outside the scope of their own duties due to Sr management not willing to fill positions but rather pack on responsibility to those in other departments without supporting them when they see they are overworked (Not sure they even notice) Flight Ops verses inflight departments are night and day treated differently in terms of support and pay No real room for growth into HQ positions due to lack of opportunities Many upper management employees are past retirement but still work High turnover in every department except those in the top seats Major lack of diversity and inclusion at HQ. Culture has been going downhill since 2019. Improve overall training for each department and especially the inflight department, the FAs are not properly prepared and when questioned Sr Management gets defensive and dismissive rather than listen to concerns and ideas.

Great company to start your carrier

Feb 23, 2023 - Flight Attendant in New York, NY

    Pros

It’s a great opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a flight attendant and if you like the life style or not. Definitely a great first step if you wanna work for the main lines in future.

    Cons

Definitely the salary. Especially if you have to live in NY city or other expensive cities. All flights are relatively short so you have to work hard (4 or 5 legs!) to make money. Considering we only get paid when the airplane door is closed, it will be a long duty time.

    Do not work here

    Oct 30, 2022 - Flight Attendant
    Recommend

    Business Outlook

    Pros

The other FAs are great and you bond together because you are the only group at Edv that is mistreated. Base management is great, however they go through managers like crazy so you never know who your manager is

    Cons

You will be gone 20 days a mth from home and make about $1600/mth take home! Even after years because of the way you are paid. Poor treatment of FA. When FAs speak up asking for fair treatment they are often Gaslit and reactions from upper management and HQ are dismissive. You will make very little money. In GA you qualify for food stamps. You will also never be able to afford a home or to live on your own because of the poor pay and the way you are paid. Menawhile everyone else in the company makes $60,000 plus and goes home to thier families every night. Working as a FA for Endeavor is demoralizing because of the way HQ treats FAs. They have an extremely high turnover rate. They hire only to keep up with attrition and they make sure you know you are easily replacable.
