    Pros

Endeavor is a great place to work! Nice people, great work environment, and a thriving regional airline!

    Cons

Corporate employees and flight attendants are slightly underpaid, but that just comes with working for a regional.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Delta flight benefits (lower priority than Delta employees but still decent)
Flexible schedule once seniority is accrued (less than a year)

    Cons

    Pay
    Dropping trips is sometimes impossible

Parents priority is lower than employees (almost buddy pass level) and it makes it stressful to travel with them unless a flight is wide open

    Advice to Management

NYC is the most expensive base and the company needs to compensate its employees accordingly. Its a revolving door because people just do not make enough. Retention is cheaper than attrition! Our salary is not enough and we need an increase in pay. Also stop providing us with false hope about change, just be honest.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Upper management and core values are truly exceptional. Pay is very typical for industry. Flight benefits are nice.

    Cons

Mid level management is horrible in Atlanta. You spend time up in corporate going thru training classes and can realize everything is being done the opposite of what is taught. All managers make their own rules. They will go to extreme efforts of setting others up. The people working the hardest are scrutinized for making waves. Very hostile environment. Shifts are played against one another. Very high school like environment.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone equally. If you are going to react on gossip try a little investigating. Gather your facts. Pay attention to everything,. Do not interact with your employees on a personal level and put yourself into a “ click”. Be professional and unbiased.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Highest non mainline delta flight benefits

    Cons

Terrible culture that encourages hiring of family members and promotions go to those willing to sleep around.

    Advice to Management

Start a shake up from top to bottom. The turn over is too high for there not to be a solution in order.

I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Travel Benefits
    Flexibility
    There is a Union

    Cons

PAY! Very low pay for the amount of work expected of you. Those based in NY are struggling to survive and pay their bills. Most of us have second jobs which means we have no lives or time to use our benefits.
Management doesn't seem to care about our struggles and just gives us a generic corporate response when we have complaints- telling us "we are working on it"...
Very high turnover rate because of pay- most people leave after 1-2 years.
Things change overnight and the Union can't do anything about it.
They take advantage of their workers and will make you work 5 flights until you are starving and exhausted with only a few hours in the hotel to recover.
If you want to go to mainline Delta you do not get any priority over other candidates and still have to compete with thousands of others with no experience working in this industry.
Most employees have lost their enthusiasm and only do the bare minimum- because there is no incentive to work harder.

There's many more but I'd be typing all day.

    Advice to Management

How many times do we have to complain about the pay before you decide to change something? We make Delta's profits and follow their standards but we are treated like second class employees. It seems like you keep sweeping it under the rug. If it doesn't change we will keep leaving.
