I worked at Endeavour Africa as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to learn alot especially on software and databases and also employees have each others back. Working for Endeavour is great because you gain alot of knowledge because of the exposure you get on the job

    Cons

Employees arent motivated to work, management lacks professionalism and also racism makes the matter even worse. Overall its doesnt offer a good enviroment for growth so one should be brave at heart.

    Advice to Management

Try and hire competent employees, offer capacity building programmes, treat everyone fairly and promote professionalism.
