    Negative Outlook

I worked at Enduracare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good Salary, good working hours

    Cons

Management that do not treat people equally, lie, and make you look like you are guilty of doing things without bothering to check anything out before accusing employee. I have never been treated so badly by management nor have I worked for a manager who was afraid of half the staff so "they" would not address problems.

    Advice to Management

Treat people fairly, and resolve problems on level 1

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Enduracare (Less than a year)

    Pros

The position was close to home and during the time when gas prices were high I left a position I enjoyed for false promises, unethical practices, and systems put in -place to make you work off the clock daily.

    Cons

Horrible benefits, zero 401k matching, unethical practices, poor management support, forced off the clock working environment.

    Advice to Management

Develop a retirement plan so people can feel like they are able to work toward actually retiring at some point and not have to work until they die to make ends meet. If you cannot do that then, TAKE TWO WEEKS OFF, THEN QUIT!

I worked at Enduracare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    fair pay
    flexible
    variety of equipment
    spacious gym

    Cons

    busy body co-worker's
unprofessional sharing of pay information to peers
unskilled level of service by some therapist
patients d/c recommended based on physical demand on therapist rather than patient need

    Advice to Management

everyone with access to pay information must understand and respect the need to protect pay information; even if you know the facts and even if you disagree it is confidential information and disclosure is potentially counter productive.

audit charts for verification that skilled services are being provided.

I have been working at Enduracare full-time

    Pros

Fair pay rates; generous PTO; tried to adjust to staffing needs.

    Cons

Poor regional and upper management handling of potentially dangerous situation with a local rehab director; arrogant management; horrible insurance provider.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees when concerns are brought to your attention.

    Pros

    nice coworkers and facility staff

    Cons

    Pros

Small staff, good leadership within the clinic

    Cons

Poor continuing education! 500 dollars per year, barely cover 1 course!

    Advice to Management

Invest in the education and skills development of your staff!

    Pros

Corporate level management are always approachable. Everyone is treated with respect.. Eastern division is great! You can call any VIP and they actually listen. My experience has been when mistakes are made all that is expected is you learn from them and growl.

    Cons

Hospitalization is ok but we no longer have a choice in tiers. The company needs to be more competitive to acquire new contracts.

    Advice to Management

Make AM and RM positions better known. It is very discouraging when someone just "gets" a position and it is not made available to all staff to apply.
