In the past 2 years we have seen alot more structured management as well as policies and procedures have been implemented to make a safer and more reliable work environment. Equipment has progressively improved with the company logo to stand out above the competitors.

Its a horrible company and on its way to being shut down South Bend and Chesterton between Bri and Chris who are in charge and running the place into the ground and it's sad because this company has so much potential and drivers see it but we have no faith in our management they don't care about a driver or our safety and it's beyond obvious but all they care about is getting trash out and nothing about the employees where majority are already looking for other work where we will be treated decent and I can say this is hands down the worst company I've ever worked for

Paid holidays but they dont tell you you have to work those holidays. Paid by the load but you sit alot so basically 12 to 13 hours to make $248 a day

Wasted many hours at the mechanic shop . Many trailers had no wiper blades in working condition, no washer fluid, no license plate lights on trailers and no one cares. New trucks are only for old employees

I thought I was starting a new exciting Company.

First day I walk in ,y boss was fired the Friday before. then I work with a person who was suppose to be my manager. She spend more time critizing the ppl that worked there instead of teaching. If you have a problem there nothing is kept confidential if you are talking to any bosses. They choose to put up with bad behavior and toxic employee because they have worked there for a year and everyone hasn't worked there more than three months. It's unfortunate because I think it could have been a good place to work. considering what I went through in a week and a half I wouldn't recommend them

Terrible equipment possibly the worse I've ever seen,rude and disrespectful dispatch to them you are a load count that's it also you average about 20 an hour

If you get pulled over for their faulty equipment or their negligence like over weight drop axles not working you will not get your pay check beware beware beware there are many other great companies to work for and trust me your money and your hours will not add up at all didn't get a check because of faulty drop axles on the trailer miss labeled switches
