    I have been working at Enel X full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexibility; Great boss; "unlimited" PTO; Nice office/location; Tuition Reimbursement

    Cons

    Your future depends on your manager; There are many managers that should have been cut in the recent layoffs but still hold positions; promotion/merit increases are pushed back for months and not retroactively addressed;

    Advice to Management

    During the next inevitable round of layoffs, consider who is valuable instead of who is expensive. A lot of experience and knowledge was lost in hopes that people who have no experience can step in. Managers who have continuously lost employees should have been evaluated.

    I have been working at Enel X full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Interactive environment, smart employees, nice perks, cool office.

    Cons

    Very smart people, but few are aligned around common goals. As such, it often feels like a bunch of resources dancing to different tunes which is inefficient and confusing. Diversity is on the lacking side as well.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more management resources that have experiences outside the company. Several layoffs over the last few years is an indication that you could use some perspective from the outside.
