    I have been working at Energy Alloys full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

    The Vision is clear It can be challenging if you are looking for continuous improvement The ability for longevity is really in your hands.

    Cons

    It's Oilfield and has its peaks and valleys. Training is not focused like it used to be. Peer reviews need to be re-implemented.

    Advice to Management

    continue to focus on the people. They are still the biggest asset. Go back to the basics. Re-create the culture that brought the company where it is today.

      Open door policy all the way up to management. Company means well and tries very hard to do right by their employees despite recent industry hardships. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The cyclical nature of the oil and gas industry can cause strain.

      Friendly environment, family atmosphere, average salary.

      Nepotism,Upper management apparent lack of vision,poor training.

      Diverse thinking by management and supervisors at all levels and areas,would provide the nimble\agile characteristics this company needs to succeed, and avoid downsizing at every market shift.

      owner is lucky and bright man

      Cons

      knowledge/ ability and experience of employee are not important / sneaky and uneducated people are on management team that it cause stop other qualified people get raise and sometimes layoff .

      use educated and more experience people on major position and use correct management system to evaluate people and efficiency

        Pros

        None at all, you can work hard but no one recognizes your hard work.

        Cons

        No room for advancement the place is more like a gang or click. Only if your friends with certain individuals will you be able to move up.

        Advice to Management

        Look at what's going on with the people running the show Dave Warren. You need to dig in more and investigate how things are really going.
