EFH operates in an interesting and fast-paced marketplace. There is a lot to learn and many knowledgeable employees willing to help you along the way. There is also room to move around/up within the company.

Company has been in bankruptcy for little while and the future is uncertain.

        Advice to Management

Keep it up. This is a great place to work.

Former Employee - Manager in Dallas, TX

I worked at Energy Future Holdings full-time for more than 6 years

        Pros

Pay and benefits are good--above average in some areas. Bonuses are very generous and many there are just nice and enjoyable people with whom to work.
