I worked at Energy Transfer full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Fast pace, never boring moment

    Cons

Culture resistive to improvement. Staff hands tied due to tight fisted senior management, resulting in rework, slow and more rework trying to go fast resulting in multiple hidden errors. Quality is second to profit or appearance of time to market.

Thank you for your feedback. We have numerous projects in play which include significant process and technology improvements. As one of the Best Large Employers in America as noted by Forbes, we have done substantial M&A which has crated growth and numerous jobs and opportunities. We will definitely not be satisfied with the status quo and will keep looking at how we can improve. Best Regards, Energy Transfer

I worked at Energy Transfer full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great people and total comp and benefits. High growth company. Solid succession planning and high potential leadership programs. Miss them.

    Cons

New GP calling shots. They have opposing agenda causing confusion for company vision and strategy. Growth capital needs reevaluation of operating expenses to maintain new assets.

I have been working at Energy Transfer full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The company is a dynamic and high growth firm who has been both good and lucky in their growth. With their last two acquisitions, they are one of the largest two players in their industry

    Cons

This growth comes on the backs of the rank and file employees. The company has grown so fast that processes and 'procedures' are often made up as they go. They are proud of the fact that they were a company of less than 500 employees five years ago, but with over 15k today, they need to develop programs to remain fair and consistent on a day to day basis.
