    Decent pay and bonus if you work hard

    Cons

    I'M NOT GIVING ANY STARS!!!!!!I work on the DAPL line and its the worst management ever all they do is look at your GPS on the vehicle and criticize your driving they don't communicate to employees and All management cares about is there bonus greediest people I've ever been around and seems like they are just out to fire people or get people fire to move up to a higher position I'm giving my notice very soon I cant wait to leave this place.

    Pros

    Great pay and benefits package. Shift work allows for more days off and plenty of opportunities to receive overtime pay.

    Cons

    Economy is not good right now so it makes working in this industry a little nerve racking. Sometimes management does not understand what it takes in operations.

    Benefits and Pay at ETP

    Cons

    The Accounting department has a lot of bureaucracy in it that makes getting your work done very hard to accomplish. This make for a lot of overtime. Management never understood that it was because of their bureaucratic actions that was needed for this job and thought you were lazy and did not know what they are doing.

    Pay is good and pay checks do not bounce.

    Mass nepotism and poor management in the control center. Outdated equipment in C C and indecisiveness regarding relocating to Texas.

    Pros

    The company will pay you well but they want you to come into the office daily. Depending on your manager you may be micromanaged. You have to be on the LIKED list to be promoted.

    Its the good old boy system. If you kiss up or brown nose you can get to wherever it is you're trying to go.
