    Great industrial tool product and service business. Employees with a sincere desire to improve, simplify, and to make customers successful.

    Cons

    Top level management constrains progress by attitude and belief that they are the smartest guys in the room. Empowerment is non-existent. Decision making only happens at the top.

    Casual atmosphere, on-site gym and cafe, decent benefits, good work-life balance (if you have the right manager), good community giving program.

    Not a very upbeat place to work. Little opportunity for advancement.

    Little accountability for completing tasks - many requests just get pushed off and thus it is hard to make deadlines

    Nice product line to sell. Product is a value sell and not a price sell.

    Cons

    Too many authorized order taker style distributors that do not understand hydraulics. TM needs to bring value to each end customer sale.
