    Pros

EPSI has a decent pay scale, good benefits, and decent compensation.

    Cons

EPSI management talks high on company values and taking good care of their personnel, but their talk is only skin deep. Overall, a lot of negative attitude with internal personnel due to micro-management, and turnover rate is prevalent.

    Advice to Management

Consider offering your inside and outside sales force better direction and incentive to do their best. They are the people who will make or break a good organization.

    Pros

Generous 401K and PTO package. Helpful and friendly coworkers and support staff. Strong presence in the field. Product quality comparable to competitors.

    Cons

Compensation package changes often, is heavily in favor of the company (not the salesperson). Health benefits not great. Top management leads by intimidation and demoralization. No marketing department, few marketing materials. Lack of clear company direction.

    Advice to Management

Lead through inspiration and positive motivation. Demoralizing a sales force will lead to high turnover and inability to achieve goals. Focus on marketing.
