micromanaged from central office, extreme demands for high production while refusing basic materials and supplies needed, constant berating and harassment of staff from central office, unreasonable hours and days per week, not paying as promised or withholding pay for no reason, not paying dental labs who then hold cases for delivery, submitting insurance documents without your knowledge or approval, demands to sign insurance contract signature pages without being allowed to read the contract, threat of dismissal for wanting to spend time with family over the holidays, being treated as slave labor with no sense of human connection
Advice to Management
Stop being so mean to your employees and start showing some appreciation for all the hard work they do, point out and give praise for all the positive actions instead of constantly focusing on imagined errors and mistakes, stop showing anger all the time, try being calm, nice, and mannerly ever once in a while, consider retiring and getting out of the way for the next generation
