    I have been working at Enlivant full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Support all the way up to CEO! It speaks volumes when top leadership takes time to interact with employees regularly. I spent 10 years with my previous company and NEVER laid eyes on high level management who stayed behind closed doors in a separate area of the corporate office

    Cons

    No different than any other issues in the industry

    Keep being visible. It matters!

    I have been working at Enlivant full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

    After starting in 2011 and seeing what it has become now, it is a completely different company. Regional Managers actually respect those of us who work in the communities.

    Cons

    Some at the support center make our lives difficult by dragging their feet, not responding/ignoring requests, etc ... I could give many examples. But overall the company has improved.

    Advice to Management

    Keep improving

      Company has an open door policy from the CEO down, they not only listen to feedback but actively address it. Organization takes their core values of Compassion, Humility, Integrity, Excellence, and Fun to heart and practices them everyday. Organization is always expanding allowing for new opportunities for anyone who wants to grab them.

      Just passing my 5 yr anniversary with this company I have seen a lot of changes. Some good, some bad. Bottom line this company lives and manages by its MVV.       The specialist positions are an amazing asset. However, more promotion/ mentoring to those positions from within would put people in those roles who've actually done the job for Enlivant. If hiring from the outside, especially from an ops standpoint, more house level onboarding would be beneficial for them.

      Ive been working here for 4 yrs...been through alot of changes....The company does listen to you.. Corp is there where I work now they're very helpful and polite...the building I work at is going under renovation. And it looks good..just want to thank our corporate for looking out for us since our boss left,.thanks for our raise too...

      Pros

      I love the company and my position. The opportunity to serve seniors and provide quality care and services is awesome! Each community is it's own company and Enlivant allows individual teams to be creative and experiment as long as you follow policy and procedures.

      Cons

      The regional teams seem non existent at times. Ed's have to be multiple positions at one time with little help from above. I think regions need to be smaller so the regional management can support their buildings more appropriately.

      Advice to Management

      Hire regional chefs to help communities when they are down a cook or two or three! This is a big issue and puts Ed's in bad situations.
