    Pros

    The good thing about working for the Marietta site were the engagements with the residents and co- workers.

    Cons

    Management had a huge impact on everyone every single morning/evening. We were required to attend a meeting during the morning/afternoon shift and the new ED(hired near the end of 2016) made it dreadful to come along to the meetings. Not only did he make it dreadful, his ego and the way he belittled others made people want to work at other locations or even leave to a different facility. He had this persona that everyone was working for him and that our work life revolved around him. If we did not smile towards him, say hello, or if anyone came off with an attitude, he would ask for that particular person to come into his office(one on one may I add) and ask what the problem was. If there was a problem among others, he would try to interrogate and scare the workers into telling him things because he felt like he should know every detail of everything. Lastly, during the meetings, he would put the pressure he was put on by corporate, to the other workers, as if we were responsible for the census and other problems among the facility. He would take his anger out on everyone. When corporate would come, he would let us know and our job was to put on a mask to act as if everything were fine.

    Advice to Management

    Please don't reply by back with an automated message to call or email HR. Respond back by fixing the attitude of management. More training would help each and every one of them.

    Pros

    The Residents were the whole reason I applied and worked for this company as long as I did. The staff that surrounded me were like family, and they cared deeply for the level of care that the Residents and their families received.

    Cons

    At the time I was employed, Enlivant was just taking over Assisted Living Concepts. It was unorganized, decisions were based on fear, and nobody seemed to remember the whole reason we were there in the first place-THE RESIDENTS.

    Pros

    Getting to know the residents, and their families. Not continuously fast paced, can catch your breath once in a while.

    Cons

    Lowest pay in the industry. 150% employee turnover in 10 months, management responds by doubling down on their tactics, rather than try a new approach.

    Advice to Management

    The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

    three days off.in the week.

    no consistency...no leadership, not given required tools to succeed...affects the residents in a negative way.

    Pros

    The community is a lovely place and has the potential to be a vibrant staple in the neighborhood.

    Cons

    Low pay for employees at every level which forces an incredibly high staff turnover rate. Very little of what is promised during the interview process is a reality. Corporate "support" is more appropriately described as "Harassment" and "Belittlement" when reporting current status of lead bank and goals. Corporate support offers no incentives to move sales along. Total de-motivation to sales staff.

    You are penny-wise and pound-foolish.

    none that I could find. company was in disarray then

    Cons

    work you butt off and get nothing. Promised a raise which never came to be. Executive director told me it was her choice to give me raise not corporate. She fired me a week later on unfounded claim.

    Stability. My residents. Ability to voice opinion.

    Cons

    Lack of respect. Can't smoke on property. Low pay, no raises. Always messed up paychecks.

    Advice to Management

    Wish cor[orate didn't step on us pee ants, be more understanding instead of being poice-like when y'all roll through.
